Founded in 1951, A Vernon Allen is one of the most established home builders in Naples, and the only original builder of Port Royal still in operation. The firm has built hundreds of homes in the Port Royal neighborhood since its first development in the 50’s, and hundreds more in the surrounding Naples neighborhoods. Under the current leadership of Ryan Benson and Andy Bringardner for over a decade, the firm has remained the builder of choice in Port Royal. The past four consecutive years and counting AVA has maintained the top choice builder with market share typically north of 25% of all homes under construction in Port Royal alone, as well as one of the top beachfront builders in all of Collier county.

In 1951, A. Vernon Allen started the company, which would become one of the most established and finest custom homebuilders in Naples. Mr. Allen, a Kentucky native, moved to Naples and brought his trade to, what was at the time, a small fishing town. His mission was singular: to build only the very finest custom residences by combining unparalleled customer service with uncompromising attention to every detail.
