Andrew Bringardner has genuine passion for his work at A. Vernon Allen Builder. Beyond his developmental and management roles inside the firm, Andy focuses on many projects as liaison between the construction team and the client. He plays an essential and accessible role throughout the building process including coordination with architects, engineers, artisans, and designers. Andy evokes a high level of business integrity. With an economic background, he understands that budgeting and financial planning is crucial to every project. Coupled with his construction knowledge, he can assist with many client decisions. He recognizes the value in customer service and client relationships. His uncompromising attention to detail includes superior construction methods, creative function and design, and innovative trends and technologies. Andy strives to maintain the focus of AVA on first-class quality, luxury, and craftsmanship. He knows how to meet and exceed the client’s expectations from concept to completion.
After college, Andy favored returning to his hometown of Naples. He graduated from Barron Collier High School and Rollins College with a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree in Economics. He began his career working for a local shell contractor. After several years, he gained his Certified General Contractor’s License. Andy joined the A. Vernon Allen Team in 2006 as an Assistant Superintendent. His hard work, quick study, and desire to excel made him a good fit with the firm. In 2013, he partnered with co-worker, Ryan Benson to purchase AVA and become the newest generation of owners.
Andy frequently attends conferences to acquire industry updates and the newest information. He is active in the Collier Builder Industry Association (CBIA) and the Naples Chamber of Commerce. Andy is a Leadership Collier graduate (2017) as well as a G.A.I.N graduate (2011). He is involved in a variety of civic and charitable organizations, including serving on the Youth Leadership Collier Selection Committee and the Matching Needs Committee for the Naples Chamber.
