AVA was selected by Naples’ pioneer Glen Sample as his first recommended builder for a unique enclave of homes he was developing known as Port Royal in the early 1950s. This community features some of the most exquisite and prestigious properties in the country and attracts residents from all around the world including celebrities, athletes and high profile business leaders that we’ve been honored to call our clients. We are proud to have been involved in the construction of more than 100 home sites within the community and have enjoyed working with multiple generations of client families. A Vernon Allen has also built, remodeled, and repaired several commercial buildings around Naples.

The vision and mission of AVA that was formulated in the early days of Port Royal established standards of quality that principals Ryan Benson and Andy Bringardner have not wavered from. We continue to focus on building the best for the most discerning clients.

Our scope of services ranges from assisting with planning, constructing, managing, supervising, and consulting for both commercial and residential projects. They vary in size from single family homes, luxury commercial & development projects, exclusive residential development projects, and multi unit enclave community projects. We can assist with the planning, technical consultation, as well as owners representation services.

You can be assured of the exceptional level of attention your project will receive. After we are complete, we offer ongoing maintenance and repair services through a dedicated division.

Our typical custom homes are $8 million to $20 million, we also have been involved in more single family projects on the beach than most other firms in southwest Florida.
